Please read the following Terms of Service before purchasing or adopting a character from me. By purchasing an adopt, you agree to these terms.
OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
✦︎After payment is completed, you receive the rights to use the character for personal purposes.
✦︎You may use the character as your own original character (OC).
✦︎You may rename the character, change their personality, backstory, and other non-essential details.
✦︎The artwork itself remains copyrighted to the original artist unless otherwise stated.
✦︎Purchasing a character does not transfer the copyright of the artwork to you.
COMMERCIAL USE
✦︎Commercial use is not included unless explicitly stated in the adopt's description.
✦︎Commercial rights may be purchased separately if available.
✦︎Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: merchandise, monetized content, advertisements, books, games, VTuber activities, and other profit-generating projects.
RESALE & TRADING
✦︎The character may be resold, traded, or gifted unless the specific adopt listing states otherwise.
✦︎Please do not resell the character for significantly more than their original value unless additional commissioned artwork or commercial rights justify the increased price.
✦︎Do not resell the character as a completely different design while implying it is an original creation.
✦︎If the character is transferred to another owner, please provide them with these Terms of Service.
PAYMENT
✦︎Payment must be completed within 24 hours or the agreed payment period.
✦︎The character will not be transferred until full payment has been received.
✦︎Once the payment is completed, refunds are generally not available unless I am unable to provide the purchased character.
✦︎Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before paying.
AI & NFT POLICY
✦︎My original artwork may not be used to train, create, or generate AI artwork without my explicit permission.
✦︎The character may not be minted as an NFT or used for NFT-related projects without explicit permission.
✦︎AI-generated reproductions of the original artwork are not permitted.
ARTIST RIGHTS
✦︎Display the original artwork and character design in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.
✦︎Use the artwork as an example of my work.
✦︎Refuse future transactions if necessary.
